Tear off Aluminum Cap Mold

2. There is a limit device for tear off force control, cutter won't move with punch machine when it arrive to the limit device, so this mold can be installed on the general punch machine;

3. There is flexible limit device for tear off line direction, it guarantee tear off line in step with cutter cutout, also avoid changing of aluminum coil width ;

4. A minor adjustment device is installed in the mold, tear off line depth of each cavity can be adjusted dependently, no need to disassemble mold ;

5. Mold structure is simple, each cavity is independent, component is standard, no need to tear down mold during maintenance;

6. Mold working parts adopt Cr12Mv, HRC60-63;

7. Mold frame adopt steel material, copper bush ball guide pillar;

8. Mold is applicable for punch machine over 16 ton, punch frequency is 120-200 times/min.
